"Project Moves Dance Company shocked the audience at Fire Island Dance Festival 18 as five young dancers began their number wearing signs with homophobic slurs.

Committed to sharing a powerful message of human respect and acceptance, the Massachusetts-based dance company Project Moves ultimately shed the insults and, in an act of emotional freeing, made a moving reveal.

"Human" was choreographed by Rennie Gold and performed by Max Fineman, Matthew Gilmore, David Guzman, Jacob Guzman and Kyle Scanlan.
